Owner Fred Carl Jr., Founder and CEO of Viking Range Corporation, spared no expense in equipping the restaurant with a luxurious kitchen that's nothing short of state of the art. From Interim's comfortable dining room, you'll have a clear view into all the kitchen's culinary activities. You will experience all of Chef Kramer's savory aromas spilling out into the dining room tempting your palate. Interim's appetizers feature Oysters on the Half shell and Macaroni and Cheese Casserole with County Ham and Herb Parmesan Crust. Entrees include such selections as a Grilled Sliced Skirt Steak with Black Bean Cakes, Chili Glazed Pearl Onions and Salsa Verde and a Sesame Crusted Salmon with Glazed Baby Carrots, Taro Root Puree and Miso Sauce.
