Our chef works with local reputable seafood purveyors to obtain only the freshest seafood from local waters and beyond. We offer guests dozens of seafood varieties at the peak of their seasons, including Alaskan Halibut, Northwest Salmon, Hawaiian Mahi Mahi, Oregon Petrale Sole and a large selection of oysters from the U.S. and Canada, just to name a few.

Menus are printed DAILY featuring a "Fresh List" of more than 30 seafood species. Guests may find that the seafood offered at lunch differs from dinner offerings, as fresh deliveries arrive to the restaurant throughout the day.

McCormick & Schmick's practices traditional mixology hand-crafting cocktails using only fresh-squeezed juices. You won't find any blenders at a McCormick & Schmick's bar. Our bartenders are like chefs in their own right. Classic drinks, such as martinis, Irish coffee, single malt whiskeys and bourbons are complemented with modern favorites.
