Palomino will be offering American Regional Cuisine showcasing farmers and artisanal producers emphasizing sustainable agriculture and organic practices, reflecting American cuisine. The cuisine will range from Montana Buffalo Rib-eye to Hawaii yellow fin tuna and avacado tartare.
