Sam Choy’s flagship Honolulu restaurant opened in June 1995 and is home to the stunning plantation-style kitchen set where Sam’s TV cooking show, “Sam Choy’s Kitchen” is filmed. Sam Choy’s Diamond Head Restaurant is an island landmark where people come for a uniquely local dining experience that encompasses award-winning Hawaii Regional Cuisine.
The restaurant is open for dinner daily and also serves a weekly Big Aloha Sunday Brunch buffet featuring assorted pokes and sashimi, chilled salads, a waffle station, breakfast and lunch entrees, crab legs, omelet, carving, and flambé stations, and a fabulous dessert table.
