Named for its Japanese chef and owner Tatsuya Arai, Tatsu's French Restaurant is considered one of Kansas City's finest restaurants. Tatsu's has been serving classic French cuisine since 1980 for which the restaurant has won many awards including a Zagat rating of "Perfection" and "French cuisine of the first order".
