Tomasso Trattoria and Enoteca is the brainchild of Tom and Mary Prince and Lorenzo Savona. Recognizing a lack of affordable, authentic Italian dining in the Boston Metrowest suburbs, they teamed up with Chef Tony Bettencourt to create Tomasso Trattoria and Enoteca. Surrounded by an open kitchen and rustic décor, guests enjoy simple, fresh, Tuscan inspired cuisine. The menu changes seasonally and reflects the finest meats, produce and cheeses the market can provide each week. Using artisanal and locally grown ingredients whenever possible, Tomasso serves dishes from Tuscany, Emilia Romagna, Lombardia, Umbria, Campania and other regions of Italy. All of their breads, pastas and pizza are homemade at Tomasso. Tomasso is a wine lover's paradise with an extensive selection of Italian wines by the glass as well as an ever-changing bottle list encompassing all of the world's wine regions.
